INSTRUCTIONS: ADD A CHILD TO YOUR ACCOUNT

1. Navigate to www.eysaeatonville.com.
2. Click “Sign In” on the top right hand corner of the
page.
3. Login to your TeamSideline account.
4. Click on “Place Order”.
5. Click on “Add Enrollee” (this will display all parents
and children associated with your account).
6. Click on “Add Child”.
7. Complete the required information on the form. Click “Add” when finished.
Congratulations! You
have successfully added a child to your EYSA account!
