This page is intended for individuals who plan to assist with an EYSA program and have been instructed by an EYSA board member or coach to complete a background check.
Important Information
This is not a general volunteer sign-up page. DO NOT complete this registration unless instructed by EYSA. This registration is only for individuals who have made arrangements to assist with an EYSA program.
Background checks must be completed and approved before individuals may begin assisting with EYSA activities.
