2024/25 PROGRAM REFUND REQUEST

The deadline to request a refund for 2024/25 is the last day of registration. No refunds will be issued after registration closes. 

To request a refund, please complete a Refund Request Form found HERE. 

If you have multiple players that you're requesting a refund for, please complete one form for each player.
