Enrolling a Player in a Program

Player Registration

Follow the steps below to enroll your child in an available EYSA program through TeamSideline.

Start Your Enrollment
1. Go to the EYSA Website
2. Sign In
Click Sign In in the upper-right corner and log in to your TeamSideline account.
3. Select “Place Order”
From your account, click Place Order.
4. Choose Your Player
In the Enrollee box, select the child you would like to register.
5. Select “Player”
In the Enrollment Type box, select Player.
6. Choose the Program
In the Offering box, select the EYSA program you would like your child to join.
Add Players to Your Cart
7. Select “Add Enrollment”
Click Add Enrollment. A message will appear confirming that the enrollment has been added to your cart.
• Close the confirmation window by clicking the X in the upper-right corner.
• Your registration cost will appear in the Your Cart section near the bottom of the page.
8. Add Additional Children
If you are registering more than one child, repeat the player and program selection steps for each child. Your cart total will update as enrollments are added.
Complete Registration
9. Proceed to Checkout
When all players have been added, click Proceed to Checkout.
10. Complete Each Player’s Information
Check the player’s name shown at the top of the screen and complete the required information for that player.
Volunteer Position: If you are not registering yourself as a volunteer at this time, select Not at this Time.
11. Review Required Agreements
Review each required registration agreement and complete the required acknowledgment before continuing.
12. Select “Next”
Click Next and repeat the required registration information for each additional child in your order.
13. Select “Done”
Once all player information is complete, click Done to continue to payment.
Complete Payment
14. Enter Billing Information
Complete the billing and payment information shown during checkout.
15. Confirm Your Payment
Follow the on-screen payment instructions and submit your order to complete registration.
Registration Complete!

Your player is now enrolled in the selected EYSA program.
